This program equips professionals with the skills to transform data into actionable insights for strategic decision-making in global markets. It emphasizes ethical practices and incorporates cutting-edge tools, including generative AI. Participants will be prepared for roles in competitive intelligence, strategic planning, market analysis and innovation management. By systematically gathering and analyzing information about competitors, businesses can identify market gaps and anticipate industry trends. Offered in collaboration with the UD’s Alfred Lerner College of Business and Economics and taught by leading UD faculty experts, the certificate consists of three courses:
- Foundations of Competitive Intelligence
- Technology Scouting and Open Innovation
- Global Intelligence and Competitive Analytics with AI (spring 2026)
