In-person Registration — Sat., February 29, 2020, 7-7:45 a.m.
Pre-registration is now closed for this year’s Medical Aspects of Sports Seminar. In-person registration will be available at the event location beginning at 7 a.m. The conference registration fee includes electronic conference materials, continental breakfast and lunch. The cost to attend the seminar is $215, or a student rate of $80. A group rate is available for two or more registrations from one school, team or other organization.
The program is held at the University of Delaware’s new Tower at STAR on the STAR Campus, located on Route 896, one mile north of the I-95 interchange. The University of Delaware is approximately 60 minutes’ driving time from Philadelphia or Baltimore, and 90 minutes north of Washington, D.C.
Registration and check-in takes place in the STAR Audion.

Online Conference Materials
Handouts from presenters will be available online during the seminar. Registered participants will receive an email with instructions for accessing the materials 1-2 days before the event. Please bring a fully charged laptop or tablet to view the handouts online during the seminar. Handouts will not be available in paper form.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
A full refund will be given for written cancellation received by February 14, 2020. No refund will be given after this date. In the event that this program is rescheduled or canceled, the University of Delaware is not responsible for any penalties or fees assessed as a result of cancellation or modification of travel arrangements or hotel accommodations.
In the event of extreme weather conditions, visit the Medical Aspects of Sports website for course session cancellations. The University of Delaware will, if possible, reschedule any session(s) affected by extreme weather.
